Meal Option 1:
Vegan Broccoli Cheddar Soup with “B.”L.T. Sandwich- Creamy, vegan broccoli cheddar soup, served with a half sandwich of smoky baked tempeh “bacon” slices, lettuce, tomato, and avocado on sourdough bread.
Meal Option 2:
Vegan Gumbo over Quinoa- Traditional dark roux gumbo, stewed down with jackfruit, veggies, and vegan sausage and seasoned to perfection. Served over quinoa.
